Drill and Tap Shuttle Machine

This Hypneumat Shuttle Machine was built for drilling and tapping a cast iron housing. The machine is equipped with one DQ56EHB drilling unit capable of 1600 lbf of thrust and a DQ56E equipped to tap a 0.55-12 thread with 75 lb-ft of torque. The Shuttle Machine is guarded on 3 sides and has a light curtain in front to allow the operator to load and unload parts between cycles. Full controls and part holding fixtures, wired and ready for customer to run.
