DQ46EHB with Quill Stabilizer

A Hypneumat Quill Stabilizer option can be added to our auto feed drilling units allowing for a rigid tool feed to offset high side load applications. This also provides an accurate and concentric tool feed for tight tolerance drilling and reaming operations. The Quill Stabilizer can be provided on any series of Hypneumat quill feed units.

The unit shown is a DQ46EHB unit with a side mounted 2 HP, 1,200 rpm motor. Capabilities of the 400 series unit is 6” of stroke and 1,107 lbf of thrust at 100 psi air and built to order with a 1-3/8” straight bore spindle and spindle positive depth stop.
