7 Station Semi-Automatic Swaging Machine (Hubbing Machine)

This Hypneumat-built machine will automatically apply adhesive and swage all types of abrasive and grinding wheels. The machine is manually loaded and has an auto unload station for high volume swaging/hubbing applications. Once the die cast hub is placed in station one and a disk in station three, part present sensors verify the appropriate components are in place to begin operation. The table indexes and epoxy is applied at station two while the hydraulically powered feed unit swages the assembly in station five. Full controls, hydraulic unit, epoxy system, safety guarding, and operator light curtain are all incorporated into a high speed assembly machine.
